This beach condo is a spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath - The deck is beachfront with beautiful sunset views from the 8th floor. Amenities: Tiki hut with food and beverage services, full gym, jacuzzi, two pools (one heated) & Kiddie Pool :) Primary guest must be 23 years or older(please inquire if not). Private WiFi for guest privacy FREE Beach chair & Umbrella on-site We have 6 total beds- king, Bunk room with 2 fulls and two twins and queen room! Perfectly fit for 10 guests!

**Temporary construction walkways at resort November 28-Dec 12th. Noise present** Located on the quieter side of PCB (less traffic with an abundance of activities). **Just added: Free seasonal beach service (March - October)** Our previous Guest love the convenience of being able to go downstairs and walk out to the pool and beach(No streets to cross!). The best part about this unit is opening the sliding glass doors and walking out to the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea to watch the dolphins. It will make you stop to take in the beauty of it all each time. We love this place and have worked hard so our guests will love it too. You'll notice immediately that we have supplied some of the must-haves for the condo so you wouldn't have to purchase or bring as much from home. This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master has a king, 2nd bedroom has a queen 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds and twin bunks above them. This is great for large families with small kids.
House Rules
We encourage our guests to have a great time and be respectful as if it were their own place. Unnecessary behavior or trashing of the home will not be tolerated. Thanks!

Need an extra vehicle? It's just $15 more. Bring your license plate number to the front desk to obtain your passes and wristbands. ✔ Travel Insurance Recommended – We always encourage guests to purchase travel insurance through Airbnb for added protection. ✔ Hurricane & Storm Policy – In the event of a mandatory evacuation ordered by state or local authorities, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent for guests currently staying.
